At Jeem Fragrance, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return is initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the order
- The product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
We do not accept returns for:
- Perfumes that have been opened or used
- Products without original packaging or seals broken
- Items purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional offers (unless defective)
- Change of mind or personal dislike of fragrance after use
To request a return:
- Email us at info@jeemfragrance.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Include photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and a pickup (if available) or return shipping address.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it:
- If the product is in acceptable condition, we will approve the return.
- If not, the item will be returned to you, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
If you prefer an exchange (e.g., for the correct product), we will ship the replacement once the returned item is received and approved.
- We strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is confirmed.
- Do not send returns without prior approval from our support team.
