At Jeem Fragrance, we strive to deliver high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you're eligible for a return, your refund will be processed according to the condition of the product and other applicable factors outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery (as per our Return Policy)
  • The product is in unused, unopened, and resalable condition
  • The return request is approved by our customer support team
  • The item was not purchased on final sale, discounted, or clearance, unless defective
2. Refund Amount Determination

The amount refunded may vary depending on:

Sealed & Unused 100% of product price
Opened but Unused Up to 50% (upon inspection)
Used or Damaged by Customer Not eligible for refund
Product arrived damaged/incorrect 100% refund or free replacement

Note: Shipping charges (original or return) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Method & Timeline
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit card, wallet, etc.)
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or digital wallet, after collecting necessary details
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product is returned damaged, used, or without original packaging
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The item is returned without prior approval
  • The reason for return is a change of mind or personal scent preference after use
5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Delayed shipments where the customer no longer wants the item
  • Minor product damage that doesn’t affect usability
  • Package refused at delivery and returned unopened
6. Important Notes
  • We recommend taking clear photos of the product before returning it.
  • Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval by our team.
  • Jeem Fragrance reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return does not meet policy conditions.
