At Jeem Fragrance, we aim to provide a seamless and secure payment experience. This Payment Policy outlines the methods of payment we accept, how transactions are processed, and what you can expect during checkout.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available all over Pakistan

All transactions are processed in PKR.

2. Secure Transactions

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your full payment details, such as card numbers or CVV codes.

Our checkout is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure your information remains private and secure.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed:

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order summary.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@jeemfragrance.com.
4. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment is declined:

  • Please verify that all payment details are accurate.
  • Try using a different payment method.
  • Contact your bank or card provider if the issue persists.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates our Terms & Conditions.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For COD orders:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
  • Our courier partner will contact you before delivery to confirm the address and availability.
  • Repeated refusals or non-payments may result in restriction from future COD orders.
6. Taxes and Duties

All prices shown on our website include applicable local taxes.

For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s import policies. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If an order is canceled before shipping and a payment was made, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for more details.

8. Billing Inquiries

If you notice any incorrect charges or billing issues, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond promptly.
